When it comes to developing bold new offers, Ashley says, “some local businesses will have to think a little bit more outside-of-the-box.”
You need to figure out what people want, even if you already have a successful brand.
You also need to figure out what you want to offer — what lights you up? What’s your zone of genius? Are there people that you’re serving right now that want that from you?
